On May 18, 2023, 63^rd Special Action Company of 6^th Special Action Battalion together with other PNP territorial units conducted joint operation through service of warrant of arrest (WOA) against Randy R Nobleza, Marlon R Piedad, and Alex A Rafols in Brgy. Minaba, Bayawan City and Wennie A Rafols in Brgy. Poblacion, Dauin, both in the province of Negros Oriental.

The subject personalities are wanted for the crime of Murder with Criminal Case Number 3632 dated April 13, 2023 and for the crime of Frustrated Murder with Criminal Case Numbers 3538 and 3539, issued by Hon. Maria Myla Rae Santos Orden, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 63, 7^th Judicial Region, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental dated October 27, 2022 both with recommended bail of PhP200,000.00.

The PIU-NOPPO took custody of the arrested personalities for documentation and proper disposition.
