Bongao, Tawi-Tawi –On May 2, 2023, 5^th Special Action Battalion served as main effort in support of Anti-Kidnapping Group Mindanao Field Unit 9, and other PNP territorial units in serving the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Abdulmoin M. Pakam on September 7, 2018 against Sitti Rayshza M Ajihil a.k.a “Love” for the crimes of kidnapping and failure to return minor and simulation of birth.

As a result of the operation, subject wanted person was successfully apprehended at his residence at Brgy. Tubig Boh, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi and was turned over into the custody of Anti-Kidnapping Group Mindanao Field Unit 9 for documentation and proper disposition.

Acting Director, SAF, PBGEN RUDOLPH B DIMAS encourages the public to report the existence of lawless elements in the community and to continue cooperating with this unit. He is convinced that the community will continue to be SAF’s steadfast ally in the fight against criminality.
