Tagaytay City, Cavite– 82^nd SAC, Rapid Deployment Battalion provided tactical support to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit during the service of Warrant of Arrest against Nissan Martinez Maca on May 1, 2023 at Brgy. San Francisco, Tagaytay City, Cavite.

The Alternative Recording Device (ARD) was used during the conduct of the operation which resulted to the arrest of the Most Wanted Person Provincial Level with Warrant of Arrest with Criminal Case No. R-MNL-19-12092-CR for the crime of Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition, Sec. 28A of R.A. 10591 covers, R.A. 9516, R.A. 8294 and P.D. 1866 in relation to SEC. 28E-1 with the bail of PhP 200,000.00, issued by Judge Juliet C Azarraga-Chanyongco on September 15, 2022 at Fourth Judicial Region, RTC Branch 49, Manila.

The arrested subject was brought to CIDG Cavite PFU for proper disposition.
