On May 17, 2023, in support to law enforcement operations to other PNP units, operating troops of 65^th Special Action Company provided support as main tactical team to Sagay Component City Police Station (CCPS) and 2nd Maneuver Platoon, 605^th Maneuver Company Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) 6 in the service of warrant of arrest against Ronnie Plaresan a.k.a. “Tata” at National Highway Central Lopez Transloading, Brgy. Andres Bonifacio, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.

Tata is identified as Top 3 Most Wanted Person City Level with Criminal Case Number MR-18-053 for the Crime of Attempted Homicide issued by Hon. Maria V. Espineli, Presiding Judge 1st MCTC, Maragondon-Ternate-Magallanes, Sitting in Maragondon, Cavite dated February 6, 2019 with fixed recommended bail of PhP12,000.00.

The service of the warrant of arrest became successful and the arrested person is now under the custody of Sagay CCPS for documentation and proper disposition.
